I just wanted to drop you a line to say we are very happy with our new doors, specifically the front door!  Your installer was very professional in the installations.  The extra care he took to make sure that everything was aligned and installed properly was very much appreciated.  I am sure he was here longer than he intended to be.

It has been quite a day…a brand new dinning room window…thank you! I’m hoping you will forward this to the owner of the window company on our behalf.

Alex, his son and co-worker were absolutely amazing yesterday and today! It was obvious quite early in the day yesterday that our window replacement was not going to be the “usual” or particularly easy. Our window shutters were installed such that the window needed to be custom fitted (elevated and extended out) to allow for locking/unlocking and opening of the window. I observed Alex working through many different solutions until he came upon the right one.. and it was beautifully executed! Alex could have just as easily installed the window and left me with a beautiful window but one unable to function! It was a frustrating and long process but Alex did not acquiesce and persisted to ensure my window was both beautiful and functional for which I am very grateful and for which he should be commended! Not only do I have a beautiful functioning window, but he wouldn’t leave until he had cleaned everything up in my living space even though I suggested it wouldn’t be a problem!

Skilled, pleasant, and honest, employees with integrity and a work ethic are very hard to find so I would suggest you ensure he is rewarded in some way for going above and beyond any expectation.

I recently had windows installed by R-Tech Windows.  Jim Weir arrived at my house within a day of calling and took the measurements.  I had some special requests and Jim was more than accommodating to meet my requests.  Jim also assisted with removing an old patio door that my brother-in-law installed.  I offered to pay for the disposal but Jim would not take money for it.  This is excellent customer service.

On the day of the installation, 2 installers, Alex and Dennis, arrived exactly on time and completed the job in just a few hours.  They both were professional and very courteous.  They placed drop sheets and cleaned up after the job was complete. I am thoroughly satisfied with the pricing and the final installation result.

R-Tech Windows provides great service and excellent value.  I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.  They did a great job.

It has been reported to me that just as Alex had completed his installation today at Edengrove (retirement community) and was driving away, he noticed one of our elderly residents shovelling their driveway. Alex stopped, took their shovel and spent 15 minutes or so and finished shovelling their driveway.

After many years of looking into our backyard through the same old sliding door and its defective glass, we decided to go with a new sliding door. We reached out to Jim at RTech Windows, who came by to measure. The installation was smooth and easy. A few months after it was installed, the door was open, but the screen was not – our dog saw a squirrel, lunged towards it and ended up putting a hole in our brand new screen door. Jim came by, took the screen with him, fixed it and replaced it, all within a few days. He didn’t charge us. Excellent customer service!. Thank you, Jim and RTech Windows.

We were very impressed right from the point of sale dealing with Mat and with the communication from yourself on the timelines as we are in the middle of a renovation. The quality of the door and window has met our expectations and has beautified the rear of our home. We’ve just had our new windows installed by R-Tech! Our experience from start to finish was extremely professional and very friendly! Rain halted installation the first day so the team worked twice as hard and twice as long on the second day! The guys were very respectful of our furniture and flooring and cleaned up after they left! We got three quotes from different companies and R-Tech provided a very competitive price! Great company. Just had some sliding door mini blinds installed. Even with covid delays they were ready early and installed right away.
